First let’s talk about real estate itself.   Besides establishing a relationship with clients,  showing them properties,  writing up offers, managing paperwork,  and handling details,  you must find ways to market yourself to find potential clients,  and deal with both the psychological  and mental aspect of this business, and trust us, they are there.  You deal with the fragile emotions of both buyers and sellers, and the many different facets of this business.  No two deals are ever the same.  

But there is also no feeling, like helping people get one of the most important things in their life, and the gratification you feel when you know you have been a part of this is phenomenal experience is amazing. Oh, and lets not forget about the money that comes with it.
